The nmeld app
nmeld reads and writes only the files you open in it, on your Mac. It doesn't upload them, or anything about them, and it has no analytics or crash reporting of its own.
You download nmeld from the Mac App Store, and any purchase happens there, under Apple's terms. We never see your payment details. If you've agreed to share them, Apple gives us anonymous crash reports and usage figures.
This web site
This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. It's hosted on Google Cloud, behind Cloudflare. Both see your IP address and browser details as they deliver each page, and keep technical logs for a short time. Your country or your browser's language decides which language you see first, and we don't store either.
We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't track you over time.
Mail to support@nmeld.com passes through Cloudflare and reaches our mailbox at Google. We use it only to answer you and to improve nmeld.
Who else sees your data
Only the providers named here: Apple, Google and Cloudflare. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@nmeld.com. If you're in the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
